Overview
Trainn allows you to create and manage product tutorials, walkthroughs, and training videos at scale. The number of videos you can create in your Trainn workspace depends on the subscription plan you’re currently on.
Here’s a clear breakdown of both video creation and user limits for each plan.

Video = A published tutorial or walkthrough created using Trainn’s authoring tools.
User = A team member with access to collaborate and manage content within your Trainn workspace.
What happens when you reach the video or user limit?
Video limit: You won’t be able to create or publish new videos until you delete existing ones or upgrade your plan. You’ll still have access to edit, share, or export your existing videos.
User limit: You won’t be able to invite new users to your workspace until you remove an existing user or upgrade your plan.
How to check your current usage
To see how many videos you’ve created so far:
Navigate to Dashboard, and you'll find the number of videos created so far in your workspace.
To see how many users you’ve invited:
Go to Workspace Settings > Users.
